Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed in advance with automatic emails and text message reminders because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.

• Less than 24 hour notice may result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
• “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
• If you are booking for a group, you are responsible for all members of your party. The same cancellation policies apply to every appointment scheduled in your group if canceling individually.
• If you are canceling an entire party, you must give a 2 week notice or will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved services amounts.
• Wedding parties must be canceled 30 days prior to the wedding date to avoid your deposit being kept.
• We do not accept emails as a form of cancellation, calling or texting if the best way to cancel.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform or standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members' schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.
