Gift Cards may be purchased in the spa or online. Gift cards are nonrefundable and can lose some value if not used within the 12 months due to inactivity.
BOOKING / CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival can result in shortened appointment to respect the next scheduled client.
While we understand things happen, we do require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of your scheduled service. Client cancelling less than 24 hours will be required to pay 50% of that service to rebook a future service in our salon and spa.
Client no-shows will be charged 50% of their service that was missed that day.
PACKAGES AND PARTIES
At the time of scheduling your package or party, we require a credit card to reserve your services. although any method of payment is acceptable for your services, a secure credit card is needed to reserve your spa time. We do understand things happen and plans may change, but we require a minimum of a 48 hour cancellation and appreciate as much notice as possible. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your spa appointment. this allows time for you to fill out spa health forms, use the restroom, change into a robe and begin your relaxation journey!
For guests wishing to use our complimentary steam shower prior to a scheduled spa appointment, please request at the time of booking and arrive at least 30 minutes early to your appointment. We have lockers available but cannot be
responsible for lost or stolen items.
Upon entering the spa, please silence your cell phone so that you and other guests can enjoy total spa relaxation.
We invite you to visit our relaxation room to allow your mind and body to unwind even before your treatment begins.
CHILDREN IN THE SPA
While children are allowed in the spa for scheduled appointments, this is a time for you and other spa guests to come relax and unwind from our everyday lives.
